Letter to Starbucks
I’m a regular at Starbucks, and usually have a couple Vanilla Bean Frappuccinos per week. When I went in tonight, it took 15 minutes to make my Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, which is completely unacceptable. Everyone who came in after me got their drinks first. Apparently they had to make the base for mine, or something stupid like that. Which, I guarantee doesn’t take 15 minutes....
